Monday - Friday : 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Saturday - 10 am to 12:30 pm
Sunday - 10 am to 12:30 pm
Closed on bank holidays

I am usually booked out 4 to 6 weeks so schedule well in advance.
​Important Information​​ ​

 * In order to have the full amount of time (60 or 90 minutes) for the actual massage/energy work, clients should arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time for every session.
* Client parking is available diagonally in the driveway.

* There is a 60 minute minimum for each session.
*Limited Capacity - I (see About Me) am the owner and sole employee of The Body Sacred. The business has just 2 rooms and no waiting room so I can not accomodate groups.

* The Body Sacred is not a spa. The options listed on this website are all I offer. I've received requests for facials, scrubs, mani-pedicures which are not services I offer.
